Free Delivery Terms*

Delivery Costs
*Delivery within mainland UK including South Scotland is FREE OF CHARGE. For delivery to Northern Ireland, EIRE, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, North Scotland Postcodes AB, IV, PA, KW, DD, PH, Scottish Highlands & Islands and Channel Islands or any other location not listed please email us Please note that we will always endeavor to offer free delivery but due to contractual restraints, on occasions we may substitute the carrier we use and therefore postal code areas to which free delivery is available may change and a supplement may be applicable. Should this occur we will offer you the opportunity to agree to the revised delivery cost or alternatively to cancel your order

Delivery Times
Orders placed before 12noon on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday with cleared payments will be shipped same day for next day delivery, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders placed anytime on Friday, Saturday or Sunday with cleared payment will be shipped next working day for next day delivery.

Delivery Information
At F4U we use reputable UK couriers to deliver your furniture to you. We are able to offer you the choice of delivery day, Monday to Friday, which allows you to choose a day when you or someone on your behalf can be available between 7am-7pm to receive the goods however in order to specify the delivery day of your choice, you must email us at customerservice@furniture-4u.couk. If we do not receive any such request from you at the time of placing your order, your items will be scheduled for next day delivery. If the delivery is to apartments or flats, the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only. To prevent credit card fraud, F4U reserve the right to refuse or seek confirmation from the card holder, for goods to be delivered to a different address then to the credit card holders registered address.

Damage in Transit
If your furniture sustains minor damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer's defect you must inform our Customer Services Dept. within 24 hours of receiving the goods by emailing We will arrange for any parts to be sent to you or replaced if necessary. If items need to be returned please keep the original packaging.

Missing Items
If any items you have ordered are missing from your delivery, you must  inform our Customer Services Dept. within 24 hours of receiving the goods by emailing
